So for the longest time I had zero contact w my ex. Then one day I had a friend who was horrifically murdered in the middle of the street while she was jogging. I realized I didn’t want to leave this earth with anger in my heart and I needed to reach out to my ex to clear the aire and for my own peace. Ever since we’ve maintained a friendship. Now realizing a lot and feeling grown from the experience we now know where our boundaries are and our limits.
